Although everyone’s experience is different, or their own, I often make the suggestion to do this. It was a total game changer for me once I began keeping track. It also helped me figure out which coping tools worked for me and which didn’t. If I tried something and then looked back and noticed I was still having moody days I knew it was time to try something different. I still keep a calendar and mark it every night before bed. I imagine I will until the end of time.
