As someone who battles with depression this is my number one right here. I used to freak out about like, Holy crap, nothings getting done but I’ve learned over my lifetime there’s actually a beauty in this inability to concentrate and once I was able to surrender and say, I’m good with it the most beautiful creations began to come from it.
All your other bullet points are spot on as well. An as far as medication, it most definitely not a cure all. It hasn’t been for me but it has made it possible for me to get moving and function. The rest has taken work on my part and an effort toward self care every day.
