I feel the same. The medication has increased my quality of life far more than I ever thought I could experience. All the non pharma tools I utilize are with no doubt good for my health. Practicing mindfulness, exercise, therapy, eating health, sticking to a set schedule every day but still, once I acknowledged I was spending entire days doing these things to feel better I knew I needed more than that.
