I hope you’re kidding! The human body needs fuel. There’s actually this entire science based on food. The earth grows what our body needs, small meals boost metabolism, et cetera. I eat healthy but I do shove my face A LOT with healthy food. I have no shame eating two or three servings of broccoli at dinner. Nothing will ever stop me from eating.
I’m not so concerned with the number of my weight or my physical appearance but more so focused on feeling good and healthy. That is my goal. I want to feel strong and not gasping for air after a single lap around the track which is how I felt before my four month broken foot escapade.
