I love your list and the idea of having those first two hours planned out. Its something I very much so wish that I could stick to, but I have children and we all know when you’re raising kids nothing goes as planned. My day gets derailed on a daily basis. At the beginning of January I started waking up at 5:00 am to have some time for myself. I opted to forego sleep in efforts to be more productive. So far it’s proven beneficial, but by noon I really need a nap.
