I wish it were social acceptable to just say, I feel depressed but it’s totally not and the thing is I’m not convinced it’s because others will pass judgement. I think it’s because emotional healthy people aren’t sure how to react, handle it or they feel inclined to some way fix it and may not understand that it’s up to us to do the work to be and stay at our best.
