I’m looking forward to reading it! We are hardly ever spoken about and it’s unfortunate because we’re a wealth of experience. We’re the generation when everything started to change and not for the better or worse, but drastically.
I think of all the historic events that took place from the mid 60’s (I was born in 1973) through the late 80’s that are never talked about.

I played her the “Official” We are the World video on YouTube. She was wowed as well, and possibly traumatized by Bruce Springsteen’s intensity.
