I’m prescribed .5 mg of Klonopin a day. It’s an oral disintegrating tablet. It’s not much, the lowest dose possible but Klonopin has the longest half life and it works good for me.

When I openly tell people this I get mixed reviews. I get told it’s addictive, dangerous and other judgemental statements like I’m living in avoidance and I need to learn to cope.

I’m fairly confident these people have never had a panic attack before just like the person who wrote the article recommending green tea.
