It amazes me that there are even apps that help us control our internet usage. Like, what happened to good old fashion willpower (a much needed life skill)?
I’ve really been working on setting my limits. For today, I’m online right now and I will check in again after dinner tonight. The rest of the day the laptop will stay closed. I have books I want to read, and art I want to work on, and a puzzle I want to do with the kids, and spooning with my husband and if I don’t close the laptop and say, “Done,” the day will run away with me.
