It’s not so much the actual weight itself but more so how I physically feel. I often wonder if I had gained the weight more gradually because as I said, given the situation it was as if I blink and was post menopausal . I’m not as concerned with losing the pounds as I am with not feeling like crap every day. I wrote a story months ago and I explained how I thought I was peri-menopausal and the overbearing insanity of symptoms is what brought me to the doctor. I’ll forever be grateful for those symptoms. They saved my life (even though at the time I thought they would kill me.)
