I’ve written about this many times. We’re led to believe isolation and solitude are unhealthy but I think if we feel content then it’s all good. To be “unhealthy” would mean to have a negative impact and if it doesn’t then it’s nothing more than someone telling me it’s unhealthy because it’s not how they live their lives.

When I was younger I may have felt differently but now that I’m in my forties I’m good with myself and how I live. That’s all that matters, to me anyway.
