My cats are indoor/ outdoor cats. When we lived in Arizona in the burning out they would go outside on their own free will (I would try to drag them in but they were resistant). Now that we live in Iowa and the summer is humid they prefer inside. The humidity negatively effects them for some reason unless it’s because they are native Arizonians and used to a different type of hot weather.
