I read an article the other day with steps you can take to help you during a panic attack. All of her suggestions were way off, but one that really made me laugh was that she recommend warming a cup of green tea to help you calm your thoughts. I’m sorry. Clearly this person has never experienced panic attacks because anyone who has knows you’re screaming “I’M DYING.” You’re not drinking tea, but next time I have a panic attack I’ll keep that in mind.
