The pamphlet might have been helpful to a new kid on the block but for me, it’s everything I’ve already learned through counseling and healthcare.

There’s a lot of good info in it. Yes, I did actually read it. At the same time however, I did feel a bit insulted. Like, it’s my health insurance. Their entire objective should be to insure me so I can get help or see a doctor, or whatever when I need it.
