It’s euphoric. It’s the highest you’ve felt in weeks.

What about the days when small steps lead to big strides? Those tiny pieces and tiny amounts of time. You’re focused. You write down your ideas. You draw a diagram. You watch it grow. Poof! Your idea turns into a dream. Your dream became a reality. You create beautiful things the world needs.
You feel rewarded. This is good. It builds confidence. It becomes your purpose and you invest more of yourself and your time. You’re doing it. Don’t stop now.
Your goal is to find others who experience life just like you do and make a connection. Your intentions are to be honest, raw and real.
What about the days when you feel loved? It’s the little things we notice that make us feel loved. Don’t you agree? It’s when you wake up in the morning with your spouses arms wrapped around you or when your kids shower you with handmade gifts. It’s the gratitude of longtime friendship and your pet waiting for you at the door.
When you feel at your lowest and the weight of depression has you pinned down and your mind is playing tricks on you please know that you are loved. We are all loved by someone.

You can breathe, in and out. Your lungs expand. The oxygen in your blood flows through your organs. You’re strong and powerful.
