Yeah, some medications just aren’t good and while one may work for some, it may not work for others.

The Lexapro has been most effective for me. My only complaint would be that I still have strange thoughts at times, but I’m grateful at the same time because sometimes means I no longer have them all the time and they are never as bad as they were when I was unmediated.

Irrational thoughts is a common symptom for Bipolar Disorder and for “a common symptom” you’d think there would be more medication options by now. Talk therapy has helped but only in the sense that I now have an awareness that these thoughts are happening and they aren’t my thoughts.
