You can, throughout your lifetime reinvent yourself again and again. There will always be new chapters in life. Things will change and we won’t even notice until we look back to see we’re no longer in the same place.

We can’t stop change for better, or for worse. I’m often comforted by the idea that even if I were to sit in the same spot for years everything around me will still change. The only guarantee we have in life is change so why not savor it, grow from it, adventure it? In order to know what works for us we must know what doesn’t.

You don’t need direction. You can make it up as you go and the more mistakes we make the more we learn, grow, evolve into someone we can be okay with, feel good about.

I’m inspired by your honesty and your commitment to help yourself while documenting it, sharing it and potentially helping others.

I experience depression and I believe there is this stigma that when the anchor weighs you down and your sky is filled with darkness it’s a negative thing. It’s not. There is so much beauty and hope, and when the time comes and we’re standing on that pivotal point when the darkness dissipates and the light shines on us, similar to that day you had your realization, we’re able to accept ourselves and acceptance gives us the power to move on.

I’m sure I speak for many when I say, thank you.
