I researched menopause on the National Health website and it read that hot flashes can extend from over several years to a decade. Bah.

I wasn’t prepared for menopause so soon but I lost my incubation station to cancer a couple years back. I thought maybe because it wasn’t my natural time yet I was struggling but reading your story help me feel a great deal better.
